WW’s Gary Speicher got his boat on the water Saturday morning, October 23, 2010. He wanted to try the rigging tips he got from Tim “Hutch” Hutchison the day before. Gary’s first spot was the popular spring fishing spot, Bay City Flats, which he heard had been giving up some nice fish on a morning bite. Gary talks fishing but also provides a panoramic view of the majestic bluffs and colorful trees this time of year along Pool 4 of the Mississippi. Hope you enjoy this video!
