WW’s Gary Speicher was working in the Bellevue, IA, area with clients and stopped at Bob’s Marine to check progress on rigging the new Ranger 620. After grabbing a sandwich at the Subway restaurant, Gary shot this video and commented about the real concern all up and down the Mississippi River for spring flooding. About six boats were fishing just below the lock, staying out of the main river current, and looking for fish in the slack water but he couldn’t get close enough to film the boats or get fishing results. “There’s still a lot of ice floating in the side channels plus ice in the backwater areas,” Gary reported. Keep watchin’ for River updates, WW fans!
