The FLW Outdoors organization announced January 8,2011 outdoor promoter Chip Leer will serve as the onstage host for all five of the National Guard FLW Walleye Tour events this coming tournament season. The announcement came the first day of the 2011 NPAA Conference in Bloomington, MN. WW’s Gary Speicher asked Chip to comment on the exciting changes to the FLW Circuit and the guaranteed payouts available to tournament anglers. Congratulations, Chip, on your new position!
