Little Bay de Noc report. The fishing steadily picked up as the water temps dropped. Had 53 on 11/1. Fished till 11/6 with the water at 46. Daytime program was blade baits on steep breaks from 13′ to 25′. Small hops were key. A mix of walleye and smallmouth bass. Walleye were mostly resident fish early in the week and changed to mostly migrating fish later in the week. Biggest was 30″with several over 27″. Smallmouth were very aggressive and large with 15 fish over 20″. Night bite was trolling Smithwick Perfect 10’s 25′-40′ back with boards in 10-15′ of water. Center reef was the best. Speed was 1.6mph. Caught a bonus Pike that was 43″.
