Out of all of the crank baits we’ve sold so far this fall season the Rapala Glass Shad Rap is by far the most popular. That’s probably because it works well in a variety of fishing environments. Frequent customers have told me that glass raps are producing good numbers of walleyes and northern pike on the Cedar and Wapsipinicon Rivers in all colors. Jointed Raps have also worked well for me this time of year on shallow flats at dusk when the fish are most active.
