We enjoyed great success this year during the early September duck season. These birds were 99% percent teal and were harvested September, 18, 2010 by a group of five hunters. This last weekend we were surprised to still take a few of these fast flying small ducks along with the larger ducks that are beginning to enter the state. The fact that some teal still remain enforces the belief that the birds haven’t started to really move south yet.
