The yearly trip to Escanaba, Michigan in November means an end to the open-water walleye season for the Walleye Wisdom clan. The drive is long but the fishing is worth it as the Bays de Noc offer up thirty plus inch fish on a regular basis. The water temperatures this year were relatively
high for this time of year with temps ranging in the fifties so accordingly, the creels were rather light. Here are some of the pictures that Chris Speicher sent me:
- Another nice Bay de Noc walleye.
- Matt and Chris with a couple keepers.
- The Ranger 620 ready to sail.
- Big walleyes = happy fisherman!
- Tim with a pair of nice ‘eyes.
- A couple of Escanaba’s finest. (The fish, not the fisherman!)
- Matt and Tim with the catch of the day (night).
- A cold Bay de Noc night.
- All the hard work pays off.
- Checking the boards.
- I forget this guys name.
